It was a breakthrough for me to study at this Art school. I guess I didn't expect to get so much out of it. I came with simple interest in photography, which merged into something so much bigger. We have studied art from a feeling perspective, not just blunt straight forward route. It gave me an abundance of inspiration, and kept me going creating new things. We have tried different genres of photography, looked at the best photography examples and breathed through them, while working on our own experiments. In the end, everyone was working on their own project, we were independent photographers, ready to roll! Our group of students still stay in touch and sometimes work together after many years. Vasily is amazing teacher, who will help you to find your voice, your taste and your eye angle, see for yourself. This school has inspired me to continue my photography education. I have completed my Bachelor degree now at CUNY NYC.
